Our D series air coolers are divided into three categories: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for maintaining temperatures around 0 ºC, ideal for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series is tailored for cooler environments of approximately -18ºC, making it suitable for storing meats and fish. For those requiring even colder storage, the DJ series operates around -25ºC, effectively freezing fresh foods like meats and fish, ensuring they remain in peak condition.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from premium-quality steel plate coated with a specialized low-temperature resistant powder, the shell boasts exceptional corrosion resistance. For those seeking customization, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available. To further enhance durability, all tube plates are fabricated from robust 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates, significantly reducing the risk of internal leaks. This meticulous construction combats the wear of heat exchange copper tubes, often caused by thermal fluctuations.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance processes. The ribbed slope design at the tray's base ensures accelerated drainage and mitigates risks of icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, lined with aluminum plate, effectively minimizes air bypass, thereby boosting fan efficiency and optimizing the defrosting process.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes are crafted from top-tier internal thread pipes from a renowned brand. They feature an innovative optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design to significantly enhance heat exchange efficiency, ensuring optimal performance.
Fin: Featuring a classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin, this design significantly boosts air disturbance, thereby enhancing the heat exchange capacity on the air side. It's a hallmark of performance and efficiency.

Fan: Equipped with a bespoke high-power fan featuring an external rotor, operable in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation is classified as Grade F, guaranteeing unmatched stability and reliability in demanding conditions.
Defrosting: Our defrosting system incorporates stainless steel electric heating pipes characterized by low power and density. Strategically placed inside the coil and on the inner water pan, these pipes ensure uniform heating, enhancing defrosting efficacy while extending the life of the electric heating system.
Electrical junction box: The expertly customized electrical junction box is resilient, designed to withstand water, fire, and high voltage. It offers simple wiring solutions, ensuring ease of installation and maintenance.
Factory testing: Prior to delivery, each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection, successfully passing a demanding 25bar pressure holding test, ensuring reliability and performance.
Sheet spacing: Our product offers standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, allowing adaptability to diverse temperature and humidity conditions.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are compatible with a variety of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, providing flexibility to meet different cooling requirements.
