The cold storage project of the Cold Chain Logistics Base for Qingdao Lohaifeng Investment Co., Ltd., designed and constructed by our company, has been successfully completed and delivered for operation.
The project covers a total land area of approximately 19,076 m², with a total cold storage volume of 667,660 m³, a building height of 35 m and 5 stories. The design temperature inside the cold storage is -25ºC.
The refrigeration system employs open-type screw refrigeration compressors using R507 as the refrigerant. Air coolers with ducted air supply are used as evaporators, equipped with automatic hot gas defrosting systems, and evaporative condensers are adopted for the condensing unit.
For the thermal insulation system, the building envelope of the cold storage adopts polyurethane (PU) sandwich insulation panels with a thickness of 200 mm. The floors are insulated with 200 mm-thick XPS extruded polystyrene boards. Stainless steel electric sliding cold storage doors are installed throughout the facility.
The project is fully equipped with our independently developed intelligent cold storage monitoring platform and AI-optimized intelligent defrosting system. Since commissioning, the system has operated stably and reliably with outstanding energy performance, achieving the integration of high efficiency, energy conservation and intelligent control.
The cold storage project for Qingdao Rongde Food Co., Ltd., independently designed and EPC constructed by our company, has been delivered and put into operation.
The project covers a total floor area of approximately 20,735 square meters, including a 48 square meters -30ºC quick-freezing cold storage, a 2,250 square meters -20ºC low-temperature cold storage, a 4,565 square meters 0ºC medium-temperature cold storage, and a 13,872 square meters 10ºC production workshop air conditioning system, meeting the full-process temperature control requirements for food freezing, cold storage and processing.
The refrigeration system is accurately configured with open-type / semi-hermetic screw compressors and scroll compressors for different temperature zones, with R22 as the unified refrigerant. Air coolers are used as evaporators, with water defrosting for the quick-freezing cold storage and electric defrosting for the others. Evaporative condensers are employed, ensuring higher system matching efficiency and more stable operation.
The thermal insulation envelope adopts a differentiated design with polyurethane sandwich panels (200 mm for quick-freezing, 150 mm for low-temperature, 100 mm for medium-temperature), with 200 mm XPS insulation applied to all floors. Stainless steel electric cold storage doors are installed, improving overall thermal insulation performance and reliability. Equipped with our independently developed intelligent cold storage monitoring platform and AI intelligent defrosting system, the project has operated reliably and efficiently with excellent energy-saving performance since commissioning.
